Tabitha Reed founded Bull Market Recruiting and Consulting in August 2007 to specialize in serving the unique needs of financial advisors evaluation of a brokerage firm change and assist firms in creating value propositions for advisors. After great success with owning and managing Executive Search Partners which focused on the needs of the financial advisor and its constituents, including traditional investment management firms, and investment banks, Tabitha moved over to the independent market as Regional Director with LPL Financial focusing on the transition from traditional investment firms to the independent model. With her varied entrepreneurial background, Tabitha has extensive understanding of the various platforms of both the employee and independent broker dealer models.
Stacy Cantrell joined Bull Market Recruiting in 2007. Prior to joining she was in the insurance and financial planning industry for over 10 years. Focusing on the long term care and health insurance markets. As regional director she focuses on marketing and assisting advisors in the transition process. Stacy works with advisors on all platforms in the industry. Since joining the firm she has recruited over 10 million is GDC.
Stacy and her husband Brian reside in Missouri and have a teenage son named Tanner.

Dianne is our newest associate. She has considerable experience across multiple industries—including telecommunications and financial services, as well as being a recognized thought leader in the marketing industry. Her experience includes 20 years in client relations, most recently as an Account Executive for a lucrative company in San Diego, where she worked her way up from Administrative Assistant to dealing directly with mortgage brokers and their clients.
Dianne and her husband of 17 years have settled with their children in a small neighborhood in the Springfield area, where they are actively involved in their community.
